How do points work?
Earn points by completing tasks, buy them ($0.01 per point), or receive them as gifts. Spend them on your projects, support others, or transfer to members.
How can I work on campaigns as a Leader?
Join a team and help build solutions. Pick tasks that match your skills and interests.
Can I sell my points?
Yes, if someone wants extra points for any reason, you are free to sell & transfer them. They are your points.
Can planBIG buy back my points?
No. You can earn and use points, but planBIG doesn’t buy them back.
How do I delete my planBIG account?
Go to your Account Settings and click “Delete Account” at the bottom of the page. Or contact us at support@planbig.org for assistance.
Is planBIG free to join?
Yes. Registration is completely free. You only spend money if you choose to buy points.
What’s the difference between LEAD, BACK, and FOLLOW?
LEAD: Actively work on solutions and earn points. BACK: Support campaigns with points or donations. FOLLOW: Stay informed and spread awareness.
